3. Company retains ownership
The Company retains ownership of its Content and any intellectual-property rights it holds in that Content.
Uploading Content does not transfer ownership to CraftIndex OÜ.
This Licence does not prevent the Company from:
- using its Content elsewhere;
- displaying it on its own website;
- licensing it to another party;
- providing it to clients;
- including it in another portfolio; or
- removing or replacing it in accordance with the platform rules.

By submitting Content, the Company grants CraftIndex OÜ a:
- non-exclusive;
- worldwide;
- royalty-free;
- limited-purpose;
- revocable subject to the terms below; and

- authorised Builder Users;
- authorised CraftIndex OÜ personnel;
- developers and technical contractors where necessary;
- hosting, database and file-storage providers;
- email and communication providers where necessary;
- legal and professional advisers where necessary; and
- public authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Company profiles are not intended to be publicly accessible or visible to other listed companies.
7. No public promotional licence
Submitting Content does not give CraftIndex OÜ permission to use it publicly for:
- social-media posts;
- public advertisements;
- public landing-page portfolios;
- promotional videos;
- public case studies;
- printed advertising;
- third-party advertising campaigns;
- public email marketing;
- press releases; or
- unrelated promotional materials.
CraftIndex OÜ must obtain separate written permission before using Company Content for these purposes.
Ordinary operational references to the Company’s membership or account are not treated as public promotional use where they are necessary to provide the contracted service.
8. No sale of Company Content
CraftIndex OÜ will not:
- sell Company Content as stock photography or stock video;
- license Company Content for unrelated third-party advertising;
- sell individual photographs, videos or profile text;
- claim ownership of the Company’s logo or trademark; or
- use Company Content to promote an unrelated third party.
9. Technical processing
CraftIndex OÜ may technically process Content to make it suitable for platform use.
This may include:
- uploading;
- copying;
- hosting;
- caching;
- backing up;
- compressing;
- resizing;
- cropping;
- rotating;
- converting file formats;
- adjusting resolution;
- creating thumbnails;
- generating preview images;
- streaming video;
- optimising files;
- securing files; and
- transferring files between authorised technical providers.
Technical processing must not intentionally misrepresent the Company’s work.
10. Profile structuring
CraftIndex OÜ may structure submitted information according to the YachtCraft Index profile and search system.
This may include:
- organising information into profile sections;
- assigning a primary industry;
- assigning secondary categories;

- creating material or system tags;
- assigning delivery-area information;

- shortening headings;

- readability;
- formatting;
- consistency;
- clarity;
- translation;

- grammar correction;
- profile summarisation;
- capability classification;
- search tagging;
- duplicate detection;
- image optimisation;

Automated processing does not transfer responsibility for profile accuracy from the Company to CraftIndex OÜ.
The Company should review any materially edited or generated profile text before publication.
14. No general-purpose AI training
Company Content will not be used to train a general-purpose artificial-intelligence model without separate permission.
This restriction does not prevent:
- temporary AI-assisted processing;
- translation;
- categorisation;
- profile summarisation;
- search indexing;
- security review; or
- other operational processing necessary to provide the YachtCraft Index service.
Where an external AI provider processes Content, CraftIndex OÜ should configure the service to restrict provider use of the Content where such controls are available and appropriate.
15. Technical service providers
CraftIndex OÜ may allow authorised providers to process Content where necessary to operate YachtCraft Index.
These providers may include:
- Supabase for database and file storage;
- Vercel for website and application hosting;
- Cloudflare for security and content delivery;
- Google Workspace for business communications and administration;
- Brevo for transactional and membership communications;
- developers and technical contractors; and
- other replacement or additional infrastructure providers.
Providers may process Content only for the services they provide to CraftIndex OÜ or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
16. Business transfer
CraftIndex OÜ may transfer the benefit of this Licence as part of:
- a sale of YachtCraft Index;
- a merger;
- a corporate restructuring;
- a transfer of the relevant business;
- a transfer of substantially all relevant assets; or
- succession by another platform operator.
The new operator must remain bound by the purposes and restrictions applicable to the Content at the time of transfer, unless the Company separately agrees otherwise.
17. Company authority
The person submitting Content confirms that they:
- are authorised to act for the Company;
- have authority to submit the Content;
- have authority to grant this Licence; and
- have authority to make the declarations contained in this document.
CraftIndex OÜ may request evidence of authority.
18. Ownership and permission warranty
The Company confirms that it:
- owns the Content; or
- has valid permission from the owner to use and submit it.
The Company must have all rights required to allow CraftIndex OÜ to use the Content for the purposes described in this Licence.
19. Third-party intellectual property
The Company must not submit Content that unlawfully uses another person’s:
- copyright;
- trademark;
- industrial design;
- photograph;
- video;
- artwork;
- drawing;
- architectural design;
- technical plan;
- database;
- confidential information;
- trade secret; or
- other protected material.
Where Content includes third-party material, the Company must have permission covering its use inside YachtCraft Index.
20. Logos and trademarks
The Company confirms that it is authorised to use any submitted:
- Company logo;
- product mark;
- business name;
- trading name;
- certification mark; or
- other brand identifier.
The licence granted to CraftIndex OÜ permits use of such marks only to identify and display the Company within YachtCraft Index and for related service administration.
21. Photographs and videos
The Company confirms that submitted photographs and videos:
- are genuine examples of the Company’s work, facilities, products or relevant activities;
- are not misleading;
- are not unrelated stock content presented as Company work;
- do not falsely imply that the Company completed another party’s work;
- may lawfully be displayed to authorised Builder Users;
- do not breach client confidentiality;
- do not infringe third-party intellectual-property rights; and
- do not reveal restricted or sensitive information without authority.
22. AI-generated and digitally altered content
The Company must not present AI-generated, heavily composited or materially altered content as a genuine completed project where doing so could mislead Builder Users.
Where AI-generated or illustrative material is relevant and permitted, the Company must clearly identify it as:
- conceptual;
- illustrative;
- computer generated;
- AI generated; or
- not a photograph of completed work.
Ordinary adjustments such as cropping, colour correction or background cleaning do not require labelling unless they materially change the nature of the work shown.
23. People shown in Content
Where a person is identifiable in submitted Content, the Company confirms that it has a lawful basis and any necessary permission to:
- photograph or record the person;
- provide the Content to CraftIndex OÜ; and
- permit its display to authorised Builder Users.
The Company should avoid uploading personal images that are unnecessary for presenting its professional capabilities.
24. Contact-person information
Where the Company provides a named contact person, it confirms that:
- the person is connected to the Company;
- the person is authorised to receive professional enquiries;
- the contact details are accurate;
- the person has been informed that the information will appear in the private index; and
- the information may be shown to authorised Builder Users.
The Company must update or remove a contact person who is no longer authorised.
25. Confidentiality obligations
The Company must review its contractual and confidentiality obligations before uploading Content.
The Company must not submit:
- information protected by a non-disclosure agreement;
- confidential client information;
- confidential shipyard information;
- confidential yacht-owner information;
- restricted project details;
- unauthorised project photographs;

- other information it is not authorised to disclose.
26. Yacht and vessel information
Content relating to yachts, vessels or maritime projects must not reveal sensitive or restricted information without authority.
This includes:
- owner identity;
- private location;
- security arrangements;
- launch schedules;
- confidential refit details;
- unpublished technical specifications;
- restricted interior layouts;
- access arrangements; and
- other information that could create privacy, confidentiality or security concerns.
27. Certificates and professional claims
Where the Company uploads a certificate, licence, award or professional document, it confirms that:
- the document is authentic;
- the document has not been misleadingly altered;
- the Company is entitled to use it;
- it relates to the Company or relevant personnel;
- the stated status is current where represented as current; and
- its display does not breach a third party’s rules.
CraftIndex OÜ may request supporting evidence.
28. Accuracy of Content
The Company confirms that its Content is accurate and not materially misleading.
The Company must not exaggerate or falsely state:
- capabilities;
- materials;

- production methods;
- Company size;

- is unlawful;
- is defamatory;
- is fraudulent;
- is deceptive;
- infringes third-party rights;
- breaches confidentiality;
- contains unnecessary sensitive personal data;
- contains malware;
- contains malicious links;
- promotes criminal conduct;
- contains discriminatory abuse;
- creates a security threat;
- impersonates another business;
- falsifies a certificate;
- misrepresents completed work; or
- is unrelated to the Company’s professional profile.
31. Review and moderation
CraftIndex OÜ may review submitted Content before or after publication.
CraftIndex OÜ may:
- request clarification;
- request supporting evidence;
- request replacement files;
- request removal of confidential information;
- edit formatting;
- refuse publication;
- hide Content;
- restrict access;
- remove Content; or
- suspend the profile.
CraftIndex OÜ is not required to publish all submitted Content.
32. Reasons for refusing or removing Content
Content may be refused, hidden or removed where it:
- breaches this Licence;
- breaches the Terms and Conditions;
- appears inaccurate or misleading;
- may infringe third-party rights;
- creates privacy concerns;
- creates confidentiality concerns;
- is technically unsafe;
- is poor quality or unsuitable for the profile;
- is irrelevant;
- creates a legal or sanctions risk;
- harms the credibility of the index; or
- exposes users or CraftIndex OÜ to unreasonable risk.
33. Ordinary corrections
Where a problem can reasonably be corrected, CraftIndex OÜ may invite the Company to:
- correct the information;
- provide evidence;
- replace the file;
- remove a claim;
- obtain permission;
- anonymise personal information; or
- submit an alternative version.
CraftIndex OÜ may remove Content immediately where the issue is serious or urgent.
34. Intellectual-property and content complaints
A person may submit a complaint about Content by emailing:
The complaint should include:
- the complainant’s name;
- contact information;
- identification of the protected right or affected interest;
- identification of the disputed Content;
- the location of the Content;
- an explanation of why it is unlawful or unauthorised;
- supporting evidence; and
- a statement that the complaint is made in good faith.
35. Action following a complaint
After receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, CraftIndex OÜ may:
- request additional information;
- temporarily hide the Content;
- contact the Company;
- request evidence of ownership or permission;
- restore the Content;
- edit or restrict the Content;
- permanently remove the Content;
- suspend the profile;
- close the account; or
- preserve records for legal purposes.
A temporary restriction does not imply that CraftIndex OÜ has accepted the complaint as correct.
36. Company response to a complaint
The Company must cooperate with a reasonable Content complaint investigation.
The Company may be asked to provide:
- original files;
- licences;
- client permissions;
- photographer permissions;
- contracts;
- certificate evidence;
- evidence of authorship;
- model releases;
- explanations; or
- other relevant documents.
Failure to cooperate may result in continued restriction or removal.
37. Responsibility for Content
The Company remains responsible for:
- the Content it submits;
- the legality of the Content;
- the accuracy of profile claims;
- third-party permissions;
- confidentiality compliance;
- personal-data compliance; and
- consequences resulting from unauthorised or misleading Content.
Profile review by CraftIndex OÜ does not transfer this responsibility to CraftIndex OÜ.
38. Third-party claims
If submitted Content results in a third-party complaint or claim, the Company must provide reasonable assistance to CraftIndex OÜ.
The indemnity and liability provisions in the Terms and Conditions apply to claims resulting from:
- infringement;
- false information;
- confidentiality breaches;
- privacy violations;
- unauthorised images;
- false certification claims; or
- other unlawful Content.
39. Removing or replacing Content
The Company may request removal or replacement of its Content through its account or by contacting:
CraftIndex OÜ may require reasonable verification of the request.
Removing individual Content may affect:
- profile completeness;
- approval status;
- search visibility;
- membership status; or
- eligibility for a badge or certificate.
40. Duration of the Licence
The Licence remains active while:
- the Content is submitted for review;
- the Company account is active;
- the Company profile is published;
- the paid membership remains active;
- a complaint is being investigated; or
- temporary retention is required after membership ends.
41. End of membership
When the Company membership ends:
- the profile is hidden from Builder Users;
- CraftIndex OÜ stops using the Content for active profile display;
- inactive profile Content is normally retained for 90 days;
- the Content may then be deleted or anonymised; and
- backup copies may remain for a further maximum of 90 days.
The Licence continues during these periods only as necessary for retention, security, restoration, deletion and legal administration.
42. Information retained for legal purposes
CraftIndex OÜ may retain limited Content or records for longer where necessary to:
- maintain accounting records;
- prove acceptance of legal terms;
- respond to a complaint;
- investigate fraud;
- comply with law;
- protect intellectual property;
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or
- respond to a public authority.
Retained material will not remain publicly or actively displayed merely because it is kept for these purposes.
43. Withdrawal of the Licence
The Company may withdraw the operational Content licence by:
- removing the relevant Content;
- requesting profile removal; or
- ending the membership.
Withdrawal does not:
- invalidate earlier lawful use;
- require immediate deletion from active backup cycles;
- remove records that must be retained by law;
- prevent retention for legal claims;
- remove evidence connected to a complaint; or
- automatically create a refund right.
Because the licence is necessary to operate the profile, withdrawing it may require CraftIndex OÜ to hide or terminate the profile.
44. Company copies
The Company must retain its own copies of uploaded Content.
YachtCraft Index is not a permanent archive or backup service for Company files.
CraftIndex OÜ is not responsible for restoring Content after the applicable deletion period has ended.

- changes in law;
- changes in profile functions;
- new technical providers;
- new Content formats;
- security requirements;
- moderation requirements; or
- clarification of existing provisions.
Material changes will be communicated as described in the Terms and Conditions.
CraftIndex OÜ may require renewed acceptance before further Content is submitted.
46. Governing law
This Licence is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Mandatory legal provisions that cannot lawfully be excluded remain applicable.
47. Disputes
Disputes relating to submitted Content or this Licence are subject to the governing-law and jurisdiction provisions in the YachtCraft Index Terms and Conditions.
Before beginning legal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve the matter through written communication.
